Today, we'll create a new group in Approve This.

Click on "Approve This LLC"

Start by clicking on your profile link and navigating to Approval Groups.

You can see we already have some approval groups. Let's create a new group.

Click on "Create new group"

We'll start with a group name. I'll call my group the Finance Group. We'll say this is Tom's Finance Team, or whatever else we might need.

Type "Finance Group + TabThis Tom's Finance Team"

Type "Backspace"

I can choose to make my group private or not. If it's private, it will only be available to me.

Type "Delete + Tab"

All the approvers will remain the same. When configuring new workflows, only I will see them. If I want it to be public, anyone in my workspace can see the group.

Proceed to finalize the creation. The last important step is to add users to the group.

Today, we’ll create a new group in Approve This.

Click on “Approve This LLC”

Step 1: Click on Approve This LLC

Start by clicking on your profile link and navigating to Approval Groups.

You can see we already have some approval groups. Let’s create a new group.

Click on “Create new group”

We’ll start with a group name. I’ll call my group the Finance Group. We’ll say this is Tom’s Finance Team, or whatever else we might need.

I can choose to make my group private or not. If it’s private, it will only be available to me.
