How to Create a New Approval Group in Approve This
Learn how to create and configure a new approval group in Approve This, including setting privacy options and adding users.
In this guide, we'll learn how to create a new approval group in Approve This. We'll explore the steps to set up a group, including naming it and deciding on its privacy settings. Understanding these options will help you manage who can view and interact with the group within your workspace. Finally, we'll cover how to add users to the group, ensuring that the approval process is efficient and collaborative.
Let's get started
Today, we'll create a new group in Approve This.
Start by clicking on your profile link and navigating to Approval Groups.
You can see we already have some approval groups. Let's create a new group.
We'll start with a group name. I'll call my group the Finance Group. We'll say this is Tom's Finance Team, or whatever else we might need.
I can choose to make my group private or not. If it's private, it will only be available to me.
All the approvers will remain the same. When configuring new workflows, only I will see them. If I want it to be public, anyone in my workspace can see the group.
Proceed to finalize the creation. The last important step is to add users to the group.
Remember, all users in a group must approve an item.
I can add this person and that person.
That's the same person as this one.
Now, either of these people will be able to approve the step. This has just been a test of the tool. Let's see if it works.

In this guide, we'll learn how to edit a document to improve its readability and presentation. The focus will be on removing unnecessary inline elements that may clutter the content. This process will help create a cleaner and more organized document.
Let's get started
Here is a guide that we want to edit. There is a lot of inline content, which I don't love or expect. I'm not sure I like this.
Certainly. Someone put a lot of boogers on the roof of that thing.
