AI Template Generation turns a plain-English description of an approval process into a draft flow, complete with a suggested name and form fields you can review and adjust. It's for Administrators building a new flow who would rather start from a generated draft than an empty form. The feature is available on all tiers.

Describe your process and generate a draft flow
When you know how your approval process works but don't want to hand-build every field, describing it in a sentence or two gets you a named draft flow with a structure already in place. You still review and adjust everything before the flow goes live.

Sign in as the Administrator.

Open the flow creation page at
http://app.approvethis.test:8098/flows/create.
Step 2 -
Click AI Generator.
Step 3 -
In Describe your approval process, type a plain-English description of the process you want a flow for — who requests what, and who signs off. The example uses
Team members request office equipment and a manager signs off on the cost.
Step 4 -
Click Build Form to generate the draft.
Step 5 -
Click Create & Customize to open the generated flow for review and editing.
Step 6
The generated flow opens with the name it was given from your description — in the example, Office Equipment Requests.
