Workflow Dashboards
See a flow's requests the way the work demands — a Kanban board by status, a sortable table, or a calendar of date-ranged requests — switched instantly on one screen.
Updated
Workflow Dashboards let you read a flow's requests three ways from one screen: a Kanban board grouped by status, a sortable table with inline actions, and a calendar that lays date-ranged requests across the month. It's for Administrators working a flow's Requests tab who need to see what's stuck, work through many requests at once, or spot overlapping bookings and leave. Switching views is instant — no page reload — and the switcher only lists the views that flow has. You'll need a flow with existing requests to look at.
Who this is for: admin.
Switch the board between Kanban, Table, and Calendar views
Different work reads differently: the Kanban board shows at a glance what's waiting, approved, or denied, the table is for working through many requests with sorting, filtering, and inline archive/restore, and the calendar makes overlaps and busy periods visible. The calendar only appears on date-based flow types that have start and end date fields — on other flows there is no Calendar tab at all.
-
Sign in as the Administrator for the workspace whose flow you want to review, and open that flow's Requests tab.
-
Click Table to read the same requests as a sortable, filterable list with inline actions. The view switches on the spot — the page does not reload.

Step 2 -
Click Calendar to lay the flow's date-ranged requests across the month. Kanban cards and the other views are read-only here — there is no drag-and-drop, so decisions are still made on the request itself.

Step 3
The calendar loads showing the month it opens on, with the month and year in the header — the example shows August 2026.
