Org Chart
Map who reports to whom on your team, so approvals can route to a person's manager automatically and everyone can see the reporting structure.
Updated
The Org Chart view renders your workspace's reporting hierarchy, showing which team members have a manager and which don't. Administrators use it to record who reports to whom, so approvals can route to a person's manager and everyone can see the structure. It's available on all tiers. You'll need the teammates you want to link already in the workspace.
Who this is for: admin.
Assign a manager to a team member
When a team member has no manager recorded, there's no reporting line for approvals to follow and the person shows up in the Org Chart as unassigned. Setting a manager fills in that link so the hierarchy reflects your actual reporting structure.
-
Sign in as an Administrator.
-
Open the manager selector for the team member you're assigning — the example uses Manager for Noor Haddad — and pick the teammate who manages them (Sam Porter in the example screenshots).

Step 2
The selector now shows the manager you chose — Sam Porter in the example.
