Lock a flow's comments so that once posted they can't be edited or deleted — a tamper-proof discussion trail for compliance and legal workflows.

Immutable Comments locks the discussion on a flow so that once a comment is posted, it can't be edited or deleted — including replies. It's a per-flow setting for Administrators running compliance or legal approvals that need a tamper-proof record of what was said and when. It's available on all tiers. You'll need an existing flow open to its settings.

Turn on comments and lock them after posting
When an approval trail may be reviewed by auditors or counsel, you need certainty that no one went back and reworded or removed a comment. Turning on comments and locking them gives that flow a discussion history that can't be changed after posting. The setting applies to the flow you enable it on, not to your whole workspace.

Sign in with your Administrator account.

Open the Comments settings for the flow you want to lock.
Step 2 -
Click Enable comments to allow discussion on the flow's requests.
Step 3 -
Click Lock comments after posting so posted comments, including replies, can no longer be edited or deleted.
Step 4 -
Click Save to apply the setting to the flow.
Step 5
After saving, the flow's comment settings show Lock comments after posting turned on.
