Content Blocks
Add headings, instructions, and explanatory text between a form's questions with a Content Block — rich text that shows on the form and collects no data.
Updated
A Content Block is a block of formatted text that sits among a form's questions — a heading, an instruction, or a note that tells requesters what a section is for. Unlike every other field, it collects no answer; it only displays what you write. This guide is for Administrators editing a form-type workflow, and it assumes the workflow's Form tab already has a Content Block added.

Write the instructions the Content Block should show
A Content Block that has no text yet shows its builder placeholder ("No content yet — click to edit in the form builder.") to requesters as well, so writing the guidance is what turns the block into something useful on the form. Content Blocks are the only layout mechanism available here — there are no section, column, or width controls — and they're offered on form-type workflows only.
