The Guided Setup
Answer four questions — what you're approving, how requests arrive, who approves, and what the form asks — and the guided setup assembles a working workflow, drafted form included, ready to test before anything goes live.
Updated
The guided setup walks you through four questions — what you're approving, how requests arrive, who approves, and what the form asks — and assembles a working workflow with a drafted form from your answers. It's for Administrators standing up a new approval process who don't want to build a workflow field by field. At the end you get a workflow you can test before it goes live.
Who this is for: admin.
Create a workflow by answering the wizard's questions
Use the guided setup when you need a new approval process running and would rather answer questions than assemble a workflow from scratch. Working through the four questions produces a workflow with an approver and a drafted form already in place, ready to test.
