Public Forms
Open a flow's form to the public — anyone with the link can submit a request without signing in, and every submission still routes through the flow's approval steps.
Updated
Public Forms turn a flow's form into a shareable page that anyone can submit to without an ApproveThis account, while every submission still routes through the flow's approval steps. This guide is for Administrators who need vendors, contractors, or staff without seats to raise requests from a link instead of emailing someone internal to re-key them. You'll need a published, active form flow — its page isn't reachable otherwise.
Who this is for: admin.
Turn on public submissions
Use this when people outside your workspace — vendors sending invoices, staff without ApproveThis seats filing maintenance or IT requests — need to submit into a flow. Once it's on, anyone with the page link can submit without signing in, and each request enters the flow's approval steps as normal. Note that a form containing User Selection fields can't be made public; the toggle refuses until those fields are removed in the Form Builder.
