Notification Branding
Make a flow's forms and notification emails unmistakably yours — brand color, fonts, logo, and sender name, with a live preview and team-level inheritance for anything you leave blank.
Updated
Notification Branding lets an Administrator set a flow's brand color, fonts, logo, and email sender name so the forms and notification emails that flow sends carry your identity instead of a generic one. It matters most when those surfaces reach people outside the workspace — external approvers, vendors, public form submitters — where a recognizable sender name and familiar colors make an approval email read as yours. Anything you leave blank inherits from the workspace branding, so most flows set only what differs. You'll need an existing flow to brand, opened to its Settings tab.
Who this is for: admin.
Set the flow's brand color and email sender name
When a flow's notifications go to people outside your workspace, the sender name and color are what tell them the email is legitimate; setting them per flow means a client-facing flow can carry that client's look while your internal flows keep the workspace default. Values you leave blank here inherit from the workspace branding rather than reverting to a generic style.
